Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation under the guidance of Carto3 system in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods 108 patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into reference group (54 cases) and study group (54 cases)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with drugs,and the study group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation under the guidance of Carto3 system.The echocardiographic indexes [left ventricular diameter (LVD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left atrial ejection fraction (LAEF),corrected left atrial minimum volume index (LAVImin),corrected left atrial maximum volume index (LAVImax)] and stroke incidence were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after the treatment,the LAVImin and LAVImax in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the LAEF was higher than that in the reference group (P＜0.05);at 3 months after the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of stroke between the two groups (P＞0.05);at 6 months after the treatment,the incidence of stroke in the study group was 3.70％ (2/54),which was lower than that in the reference group [16.67％ (9/54)] (P＜0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by Carto3 system can significantly improve the size and function of left atrium and reduce the incidence of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.关键词
