Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in the treatment of patients with tooth loss.Methods 120 patients with tooth loss treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.By the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60).The control group was treated with conventional dental implant,while the observation group was treated with immediate dental implant Clinical outcomes,ISQ and PES scores,quality of life score,treatment duration,satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the success rate of operation in the observation group (96.67％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (85.00％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The ISQ value and PES score of the two groups at 3,6 months after treatment were all higher than those at 1 month after treatment (P＜0.05);ISQ value and PES score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1,3,6 months after treatment (P＜0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(96.68±3.58)vs.(84.15±3.97)],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).After treatment,treatment time and satisfaction score [(128.37±21.75)d,(94.56±2.83) points] in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group [(151.48±38.95) d,(87.46±5.77) points],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (3.33％) was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.00％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with tooth loss,immediate dental implantation is more effective,more stable and beautiful,which can shorten the treatment time and reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
