ECMO辅助下危重症患者院内转运的护理
Nursing cooperation in hospital transport for critically ill patients assisted by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the key points of nursing cooperation in hospital transport for critically ill patients assisted by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO),and summarize the rich clinical nursing experience in hospital transport assisted by ECMO.Methods Twenty 2 months to 75 years old patients with critical illness,including 13 male and 7 female,were treated with V-A ECMO and V-V ECMO in our hospital.Results During the transport,no complications and accidents of machine failure occurred,with a successful rate of 100％.Conclusion High level ECMO nursing team,clear responsibility and labor division,reasonable pretransfer evaluation,and effective emergency plan management are the keys to the success of hospital transfer of critically ill patients.关键词
