Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pathological health education combined authorization theory model intervention on patients with bladder cancer and urinary ostomy. Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent bladder cancer treatment in our hospital from May,2018 to April,2019 were selected, including 81 male and 25 female. They were 43-71 (64.13±5.21) years old,and had a one month to 3.5 years disease course, with an average of (1.32±0.53) years. They were randomly divided into a routine group and a study group, with 53 cases in each group. The routine group was routinely intervened, and the study group took routine intervention, theoretical model intervention, and path-based health education. The self-care ability and quality of life befor and after the intervention and complications during the treatment were compared between these two groups. Results After the intervention, the total score of self-care ability was (70.13±5.31) in the study group, and was (58.47±4.98) in the control group, with a statistical difference (t=19.874,P=0.000).After the intervention, the total incidence of complications was 5.66% in the study group, and was 26.42% in the control group, with a statistical difference (x2=8.834,P=0.015).After the intervention, the total score of quality of life was (87.59±4.29) in the study group, and was (58.42±5.0) in the control group, with a statistical difference (t=39.983,P=0.000).Conclusion Pathological health education combined with authoritative theoretical model intervention for patients with bladder cancer and urinary ostomy can significantly improve their postoperative self-care ability and quality of life, and help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
