摘要

Abstract

The realization of a millimeter-wave time-delay module is proposed,and the module is fabricated and measured to validate the design method.For example,we have designed a Ka-band time-delay module integrating 7-bit delay and gain compensation.According to the measurements,amplitude fluctuation is better than ± 1.0 dB.Time-delay phase and amplitude accuracy achieve better than ± 10° and ± 1.0 dB,respectively.Phase nonlinearity is within 20°,and voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is within 1.8.
