Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate facial sensitive skin. Methods A Total of 109 patients with facial sensitive skin were enrolled and randomly divided into 2 groups. In treatment group, 56 patients received facial PRP injection combined with IPL therapy, 3 times for each therapy, once every 4 weeks, with 2 weeks between the two therapies; In control group, 53 patients were treated with PRP injection once every 4 weeks for 3 times. The curative effect was observed after 12 weeks. Results After 12 weeks, the total scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). the total scores of signs and symptoms in treatment group differed significantly from that in control group (P <0.05). The effective rate in treatment group was 82.14%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (58.49%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of PRP combined with IPL in the treatment of mild to moderate facial sensitive skin significant effect.关键词
