白藜芦醇对大鼠冻存卵巢组织自体异位移植功能影响的研究
Effects of Resveratrol on Autologous Ectopic Transplantation of Frozen Ovarian Tissues in Rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of Resveratrol on autologous ectopic transplantation of frozen ovarian tissues in rats. Method: A total of 24 mature female wistar rats were enrolled and divided into blank control group, transplantation group, low-dose Resveratrol group and high-dose Resveratrol group, 6 cases in each group. The transplantation group, low-dose Resveratrol group and high-dose Resveratrol group were given surgery to obtain ovaries. And they were preserved by vitrification for 2 weeks. Before and after autologous ectopic transplantation of frozen ovarian tissues in rats, low-dose Resveratrol group and high-dose Resveratrol group were intraperitoneally injected with 5 and 10 μmol/L Resveratrol. The transplantation group was injected with same amount of Normal Saline. After HE staining, follicles were observed under light microscope. The percentage of abnormal follicles number in each group was recorded, the recovery of estrous cycle in each group was recorded, the levels of oxidative stress related substances such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in serum of each group were detected. On the 4th week and 8th week, secretion of serum hormones E2 and P in each group were detected. Result: Compared with the blank control group, percentage of abnormal follicles number and ROS level were significantly increased in transplantation group. The levels of SOD E2 and P on 4th week and 8th week were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the transplantation group, percentage of abnormal follicles number, recovery time of estrous cycle and ROS level were significantly decreased in low-dose Resveratrol group and high-dose Resveratrol group, the levels of E2 and P on 4th week and 8th week and SOD level were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Resveratrol can promote function recovery of autologous ectopic transplantation of frozen ovarian tissue in rats, and reduce oxidative stress response to protect rat ovaries.关键词
