摘要
Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane is a mixture of water and polymer polyester materials. The drying of waterborne polyurethane materials by hot air and infrared drying has the problems of low drying efficiency and long time. To solve the problems in the traditional drying process,heating simulation of water-borne polyurethane coating in a multimode microwave cavity is carried out by using finite element method according to the measured and fitted permittivity curve of high polymer waterborne polyurethane emulsion changing with temperature. The temperature distribution on the coating film in microwave drying mode is simulated,and the change of average temperature on the coating under different microwave power is obtained. The suitable microwave power for film drying is determined,and the dynamic change of the coating overall temperature with time under that microwave power is simulated.关键词
