TLR10和BIRC5基因多态性对甲状腺乳头状癌发病风险的影响
Impact of Toll-like receptor 10 and Baculoviral IAP repeat containing 5 gene polymorphisms on risk of papillary thyroid carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the association between rs11096956 (TLR10) and rs9904341 (BIRC5) genes thatsusceptibleto the papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).Methods:Four single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotypes (rs11466653,rs11096956,rs11096955 and rs9904341) were assessed by using the Agena MassARRAY platform, and statistical analyses were performed by using chi-square,genetic model analysis and haplotype analysis. Results:The allele "C" of rs11096956 (TLR10) and allele "G" of rs9904341 (BIRC5) were associated with an increased risk of PTC (rs11096956:OR=1.26,95% CI=1.09-1.97,P=0.031;rs9904341:OR=1.26,95% CI=1.17-2.04,P=0.019).In the genetic model, logistic regression analyses revealed that the rs11096956 polymorphism was conferred an increased risk of PTC in the codominant model, the dominant model, and the log-additive model. The rs9904341 polymorphism was associated with an increased risk of PTC in the codominant model and the dominant model. In addition, thehaplotype "Trs11466653Trs11096956Crs11096955" of TLR10 was found to be associated with an increased risk of PTC.Stratification analysis revealed that rs11096956 (TLR10) and rs9904341 (BIRC5) were able to significantly increase the risk of PTC in females (P<0.05).Conclusion:Our findings suggest that variations in rs11096956 (TLR10) and rs9904341 (BIRC5) areassociated with increased risk of PTC,particularly in the female.关键词
