一种单晶高温合金铸态下的再结晶行为
Recrystallization Behavior of Single Crystal Superalloy at As-cast State

Abstract
The specimens of a single crystal superalloy at as-cast state were indented and heat-treated for 4h in vacuum at 1100,1150,1200,1250,1300 and 1340℃,respectively.Then,the recrystallized microstructures of the alloy were examined by some methods including electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD).The results show that cellular recrystallization (CRX)occurs in the samples after heating at 1100,1150 and 1200℃.Equiaxed recrystallization (ERX)develops while the specimens are heat-treated at 1340℃. Mixed recrystallization occurs in specimens heat-treated at 1250℃ and 1300℃.The discontinuous cellular recrystallization forms on the eutectic in the interdendrite region and equiaxed recrystallization nucleates and then grows rapidly in the dendritic arms.The majority of cellular recrystallization structures formed at 1100 and 1150℃ are low angle boundary (LAB).With the increase of heat-treatment temperature,the misorientation angle of recrystallization grains obviously increases.A great number of twins form inside the recrystallized grains at different temperature except 1100℃.With heat-treatment temperature increasing,the number of twins increases.关键词
