Research progress on the reproducibility of radiomic features in image acquisition and reconstruction

Abstract
The main object of radiomic research and analysis is the radiomic features, and its reproducibility is affected by many factors, thus affecting the accuracy of the final modeling. Image acquisition and reconstruction, as the initial steps of radiomic research, plays a vital role in the whole study. The multiple scanning parameters involved will have different effects on the reproducibility of radiomic features. This article mainly introduces the classification of radiomic features, clarifies the importance of the reproducibility of radiomic features and the method of feature selection, and reviews the influencing factors and progress on the reproducibility of the radiomic features in the acquisition and reconstruction of CT and MRI images.关键词
