摘要

Abstract

High-level mobile equipments, such as aerospace, robot and construction machinery, are a significant symbol of the heavy equipment, and represents national industrial technology level. To reduce weight of the high-level mobile equipment is one of the main methods for improving its endurance, maneuverability and carrying capacity. Generally, a hydraulic system is an important part of high-level mobile equipment, and has huge power and weight, therefore, its lightweight will improve the performance of whole machine. The latest research progresses on the lightweight of the hydraulic components and systems for high-level mobile equipment at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The research achievements and characteristics of hydraulic power unit, hydraulic drive unit and electro-hydrostatic actuator are analyzed. New theory of lightweight design, new application of nonmetal materials, new additive manufacturing technology and new integrated technology will he considered as China’s development direction for the lightweight of hydraulic components and systems.
