摘要

Abstract

There are two main protein degradation systems in eukaryotic cells: autophagy-lysosome system and ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS),which are essential to maintain protein homeostasis. This article re-views the composition,function,interaction,functional relevance of the autophago-lysosomal system and UPS, as well as the association with tumors,the feasibility as drug targets plays an important role in the future devel-opment of tumor-targeting drugs,and also has important reference value for a comprehensive understanding of the functions and mechanisms of the autophago-lysosome system and UPS.
