拔牙后不同类型骨缺损行位点保存术骨量恢复的CBCT比较研究

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of socket preserva-tion for different types of bone defects after tooth extraction, and the recovery of alveolar bone volume. Methods: A total of 80 teeth were divided into 2 groups(n=40 per group): test group(socket preservation after tooth extraction)and control group(extraction alone). Each group was subdivided into 4 groups: 1-wall,2-wall,3-wall and 4-wall bone defect groups (group A,B,C and D). All patients in the test group underwent to preserve alveolar bone with bovine-derived xenograft,10%collagen matrix(Bio-Oss Collagen?)after tooth extraction with-out membrane and followed up after 6 months. All measure-ments were done on cone-bean computed tomography(CBCT). Results: Mean bone heights increased in the test group. Mean alveolar bone width restored 72.79%-88.08% in the test group meanwhile 57.20%-84.91%in the control group when compared with estimated original bone contour. Conclusion:Socket pres-ervation technique is very useful and can prevent the bone loss from tooth extraction and even augment the alveolar bone di-mension in patients with intrabony defect.关键词
