论粤港澳大湾区党建引领基层治理创新的契机
Opportunities and Prospects of Community Governance Innovation via Urban Community-level Party Building in the Great Bay Area
摘要
Abstract
In the new era, it is important to deepen community governance innovation via the community-level party building in the cities for the purpose of improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and capacity. Compared with other parts of China, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has more suitable social condition, better platform, stronger driving force and more open environment for innovation of community governance via party building, and is therefore capable of setting an example of a new model. On the other hand, it is necessary to take into consideration of the relation between party building and people-centered principle, between top-level design and lower-level practice, between overall promotion and key breakthroughs, between problem-oriented and goal-oriented thinking, and between domestic experience and international vision so as to develop a new model of community governance via the community-level party building with Chinese characteristics and with the features of the South China and the Greater Bay.关键词
