摘要

Abstract

Three respondingβ-resin samples were separated from medium-temperature coal tar pitch, high-temperature coal tar pitch and high-temperature modified coal tar pitch with toluene and quinoline. The samples were characterized by using FTIR,XPS, elemental analysis and XRD. Based on the fitting results of FTIR and XPS spectra, the effects of the molecular structure parameters ofβ-resin on the coking value(CV) and softening point (SP) of coal tar pitch were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the aromaticity index(Iar) and branching index (w(CH3)/w(CH2))has significant effects on coal tar pitch, the relative content of aromatic ring 3H and 4H and n(H),n(C) ratio has some effects, the relative content of C=O has minor effects,but the relative content of C-O-C has no effects.
