桥本氏病又称慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎,是一种自身免疫性疾病,虽较少见,但有日渐增多之趋势。本应给予甲状腺制剂补偿治疗,但有因诊断不明确而进行手术者。我们总结5个医院从1955～1983年经手术处理的119例,其中武汉医学院附属协和医院44例,解放军总医院52例,南京鼓楼医院14例,福建医学院附属协和医院6例,武钢第一职工医院3例。本组桥本氏病(全部经病理切片证实)有的应予手术,而多数是误行手术。本文进行临床分析并就诊断问题以及与甲亢、甲癌的关系加以讨论。临床资料
