目的:探讨超急性期高血压性脑出血中应用早期强化降压的效果.方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年12月60例超急性期高血压性脑出血患者,根据双盲随机法将其分为两组,每组30例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组实施早期强化降压治疗.比较两组治疗前后血肿量、NIHSS评分、BI指数、住院时间、24 h内血肿扩大率.结果:观察组血肿量、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,BI指数均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,24 h内血肿扩大率低于对照组,差异均统计学…More>>
