Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of PDCA management cycle mode on the incidence of wet bag after sterilization by pressure steam in disinfection supply center. Methods From August 2017 to July 2018, 2 500 sets of instruments and auxiliary materials were selected as the control group, and 2 500 sets of instruments and auxiliary materials were selected as the observation group. The incidence of wet packing in the two groups was recorded, and the occurrence factors, qualified rate of each process packaging and satisfaction of medical staff were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of wet bag in the observation group (1.68%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (11.72%)，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05);the main causes of wet bag included the weight of the package to be sterilized, the size of the package to be sterilized, the stacking of devices to be protected, the incorrect loading, unloading and the insufficient drying time, etc; the qualification rate in the packaging, loading, sterilization and unloading processes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05);the results of satisfaction analysis on PDCA management cycle mode of disinfection and supply center showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%, and that of the control group was 81.67%, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA management cycle model applied to disinfection supply center can reduce the incidence of wet package after pressure steam sterilization, improve the quality and efficiency of disinfection supply center.关键词
