Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of left decubitus position in laparoscopic hepatic right posterior lobectomy. Methods: From Jan.2020 to Deo.2020, 59 patients with hepatic right posterior lobe tumor were randomly divided into two groups. All the operations were performed by laparoscopy. 36 cases were operated in left lateral position, 23 cases were operated in herringbone position. The operative time, amount of blood loss, intraoperative time of hepatic portal occlusion and frequency of intraoperative operating table adjustment were compared between the two groups. Results: The operative time, blood loss ,time of hepatic portal occlusion and frequency of intraoperative operating table adjustment in left lateral position group were better than those in herringbone position group, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions: The left lateral position in laparoscopic hepatic right posterior lobectomy can obtain better operative field exposure and convenient operation, so as to reduce the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hepatic portal occlusion time and frequency of intraoperative operating table adjustment. This procedure is of clinical practical value.关键词
