领导生命周期理论在提高手术室护士预防静脉血栓水平中的应用
Application of situational leadership theory in improving the level of nurses in operating room to pre-vent venous thrombosis

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application effect of the situational leadership theory (SLT) in improving the prevention level of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in the operating room of our nurses. Methods: From February 2019 to December 2019，a total of 56 nurses in operating room of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the nurses were divided into an observation group and a control group，with 28 nurses in each. The nurses in the control group received a routine training plan, and the nurses in observation group received a training model based on SLT. After 6 months of intervention, the incidence of VTE in patients was compared under the supervision of the two groups of nurses during the intervention, the VTE prevention knowledge questionnaire scores before and after the intervention, and the scores of MCCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction scale (MMSS). Results: The incidence of VTE in patients under the supervision of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of the VTE knowledge questionnaire for nurses in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the VTE knowledge questionnaire scores and MMSS scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusions: The training model based on SLT was beneficial to improve nurses’ knowledge in the operating room to prevent VTE, improve nurses’ job satisfaction, and effectively reduce the incidence of VTE in patients.关键词
