培养学生理论骨干是新时代国家对高校思想政治教育工作的新要求,是引导"00后"大学生坚定价值观自信和理论自信的有效保障.高校培养学生理论骨干非朝夕可成,需做好顶层设计,辅之师生密切配合.文章认真分析学生理论骨干培养的现状,探索培养的方法,将抽象的培养具体化,行之有效地助推学生学理论、懂理论、用理论,以达到提升人才培养质量的目的,为国家培养政治上可靠的接班人和能力上过硬的建设者,助推民族复兴大业早日完成.
