强化H2O2探测的孔隙可调的多孔ITO玻璃的制备
Preparation of porous ITO glasses with tunable pores and enhanced H2O2
摘要
Abstract
The uniform porous indium tin oxide(ITO)glasses were prepared by corroding the Zn-coated ITO glasses with aqueous HCl mixed with ethanol.Ethanol was used to make corrosion controllable and homogeneous.The corrosion mechanism based on the reduction of ITO into metal In and Sn by Zn was revealed.The average pore size and density were tuned in the large ranges of 20~280 nm and 49~213 μm-2,respectively,by simply adjusting the Zn concentration and/or ethanol volume ratio.The pores introduced here slightly increase the ITO transparency and greatly enhance the H2O2 sensitivity up to 16.4 times.关键词
