摘要

Abstract

A new method for preparing silicon-containing phenyl arylacetylene resin (SPAR)has been developed using aromatic dialkyne derivatives and 1,4-bis(dimethylsilyl)benzene as raw materials in a one-step reaction in air.In addition,NaOH,a nontransition metal catalyst,was used to achieve high yield polymerization.The experimental conditions affecting polymerization,including monomer species,catalyst dosage, polymerization time, reaction solvent and temperature were investigated. Gel permeation chromatography,nuclear magnetic resonance and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to determine the molecular weight and structure of the SPARs.Thermogravimetric analysis revealed their thermal stability,and the results indicated that most of them had good thermal stability.This polymerization method that employs simple preparation method,less expensive catalysts,and less complicated posttreatment method will provide an efficient preparation of functional SPARs.
