双臂夹结构的高效抗菌剂及其治疗伤口感染研究
An Effective Antibacterial Agent with Double Arm Clamp Configuration for Treatment of Wound Infections

Abstract
Pathogenic bacteria are always one of threat to human health. Developing novel and effective bactericides to replace cur-rent antibiotics is significant and imperative. We designed and synthesized a pyridine quaternary ammonium salt with double arm clamp configuration as an antibacterial material. By taking advantage of the bridging role and electron donating action of 2, 2'-bis(4-(bromomethyl)benzyloxy)-1, 1'-dinaphthalene, two pyridine molecules can join together to obtain increased positive charges and an-tibacterial activity. The synthesized antibacterial material can effectively kill three common pathogenic bacteria including Escherich-ia coli (ampicillin-resistant), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Salmonella typhimurium at a low concentration. The mechanism of membrane-disrupted is proved to be related to the interaction with lipopolysaccharide. Furthermore, it is successfully applied to the treatment of bacteria-infected wound of living mice without obvious biotoxicity.关键词
