首先介绍了串联谐振变换器、并联谐振变换器、串并联谐振变换器和多器件谐振变换器4种谐振变换器,并简要分析了各自的优缺点,同时通过大量的文献概述了当前该领域的研究现状.在此基础上,针对高增益模块的中压应用,提出了一种结构可重构控制的三电平串并联谐振变换器.与传统谐振变换器相比,该变换器具有2种工作配置,既能满足较宽的输出范围,又能将开关频率范围缩小到接近谐振频率的范围.由于TL结构使一次侧关的电压应力降低了一半,从而有利于降低变换器的成本,在较宽的输…查看全部>>
