Abstract
In this article ,a series of matrine analogues with ring-opening in the lactam portion of the molecule were synthesized and assessed against four cancer cell lines .The in vitro cytotoxicity study exhibited that analogue C4 with a naphthyl ring displayed the best antiproliferative activity compared to its parent compound matrine and other lactam ring-opening analogues .Taken together ,the anti-tumor potential lead compound C4 was discovered ,which could be used for further study .关键词
