摘要

Abstract

urban waterlogging has become one of the main problems faced by metropolis in China,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of cities.Take the 7·20 rainstorm in Zhengzhou as an example,based on combing the characteristics of rain and disaster of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou,disaster causing factors,disaster pregnant environment and disaster bearing body of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou are analyzed by using the disaster chain theory.The research shows that the main factors leading to the occurrence of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou are accelerated climate change,low-lying terrain,rapid urbaniza-tion,low construction standards of the urban drainage system,insufficient capacity of urban flood control emergency management and lagging idea of urban stormwater management.In view of the formation mechanism of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou,it is proposed to take both engineering and non-engineering measures from the perspective of reducing the risk of disaster factors,the sensitivity of the disaster pregnant environment and vulnerability of disaster bearing body,to provide thoughts and suggestions on emergency management for the prevention and control of urban waterlogging in Zhengzhou.It plays an important role in improving the ability of urban flood control emergency management.
