Abstract
On March 15，2021，China proposed for the ifrst time to construction a new electric power system based on new energy power. Jiangsu Province，as an advanced region with socioeconomic development in China，is relatively lack of energy resources despite its large energy demand. At the same time，the scale of Jiangsu electric power system is large and the morphological characteristics is complex. Under the target of“emission peak and carbon neutrality”，the scale of power from outside，the proportion of wind power， PV power generation and other new energy power gradually increased，leading to more complex morphological of Jiangsu electric power system. In this paper，the general situation of Jiangsu electric power system is introduced，and its characteristics are analyzed. Then it introduces the transformation experience of foreign electric power systems，such as Denmark，Germany and the United Kingdom. By analyzing the international experience and combining the actual situation of Jiangsu Province，it puts forward the reference direction for Jiangsu to construction a new electric power system.关键词
