高浓度苯酚降解菌的分离鉴定及降解特性的研究
Isolation and phenol degrading character of a high concentration of phenol degrading indigenous bacterium
摘要
Abstract
A high concentration of phenol degrading indigenous bacterium was isolated from the soil polluted by phenol in the local steel plant. The concentration of phenol degradation is up to 1200 mg/L. The dominant indigenous bacterium was further isolated and purified. Through gene sequencing at the molecular level of microorganism and morphological observation,this strain was identified as Cutaneotrichosporon sp. The phenol degradation concentration of this bacterium is higher than the phenol degradation concentration of Cutaneotrichosporon sp. which was reported. This strain has high adaptability to temperature and pH,and it can rapidly degrade phenol solution with initial concentration of 800 mg/L within 15 hours in the range of 20℃to 37℃and pH 5.0-7.0.关键词
