Information survey on domestic powder loads for forensic purposes
摘要
Abstract
Nail guns and powder loads are widely used in house decoration, easy to be restructured. They are often used by criminals to commit crimes in gun-related cases. It is usually required, in case investigation, to answer such questions as whether the bullet used in the case is restructured from a powder load, what type of the powder load is, and which manufacturer the restructured powder load may come from. Therefore, it is necessary and important to learn basic information about powder loads. A survey was carried out to unveil information about the main domestic manufacturers of powder loads in China, the main types, raw materials for production, and the process to produce them, especially the raw material and the craft used by different manufacturers. This work should be helpful to link the case-involved restructured powder load with the manufacturer and further provide information about the suspect in the crime investigation.关键词
