随着清洁能源快速发展,规划信息侧和物理侧的分布式电源优化设备对消纳富余电力与稳定电压波动意义重大,为协同两种优化方式,本文基于电压波动风险的机会约束模型,提出一种考虑分布式电源出力不确定性的分布式电源优化设备协同规划方案,在电压安全裕度内松弛电压波动水平以降低综合成本:首先建立计及主动控制设备成本的设备建设经济性模型;在此基础上,考虑电压波动不确定性的机会约束,建立运行成本的经济性模型;最后,针对模型的非线性问题,提出基于改进差分进化算法的求解方…查看全部>>
With development of distributed generation (DG), configuration of optimization equipment is crucial for absorbing excess electricity and stabilizing fluctuations.
