非营养素防治慢性病的食疗理论模型
Theoretical model of non?nutrient diet therapy for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases
摘要
Abstract
Chronic diseases have become a major threat to human health. Healthy dietary patterns are the foundation of chronic disease prevention and treatment. Current studies on healthy dietary patterns mainly focus on the role of nutrients，but lack of attention to non-nutrients and systematic theoretical guidance on dietary therapy. Based on the immunological and pathological basis of chronic diseases，this paper reviews the non-nutrients in healthy dietary patterns and their mechanisms of action with chronic diseases. On this basis，the theoretical model of family nurse diet is proposed.关键词
