锁瑚菌属变种Clavulina rugosa var.tropica分类等级名称的修订
Revision of the Taxonomic Rank of Clavulina rugosa var.tropica
摘要
Abstract
Clavulina rugosa var.tropica is a coralloid fungus firstly reported in Philippines.Its diagnostic character is the cream-white fruiting body that changes color when bruised.In 2018,one specimen of this fungus was collected in Yunnan Province,China.Phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences revealed that this taxon was embedded within the Clavulina clade and was not closely related to Clavulina rugosa.Based on morphological evidence and the molecular phylogenetic analyses,we revise the nomenclature for this taxon and formalize the new name Clavulina tropica.The morphology of Clavulina tropica is described in detail and illustrated with line drawings and photographs.The key is provided for the Clavulina species known in China.关键词
