"三进"与"三融":新时代法治教育融入高校思政课路径探索

Abstract
In the New Era, integrating legal education into college ideological and political courses is an inevitable requirement and practical need to achieve comprehensive rule of law and improve the legal literacy of universities. However, legal education has always been weak. In order to realize legal education which the key idea is Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, the teaching reform and innovation should be carried through from textbooks, teachers and teaching methods, according to the request of "Three Entries" work. In order to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of the development of the rule of law and provide intellectual support for the comprehensive realization of rule of law, we should promote the integration of "new" materials into national textbooks, "differences" into classrooms in universities, and "actions" in students' minds.关键词
