摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we redesigned the guide vane based on bionic technology and studied its noise reduction characteristics.Then,based on the experimental platform of the water piping system,we verified the reliability of the LES/Lighthill hybrid calculation method by conducting experimental research and simulation calculation of the pipeline with guide vanes.The hybrid calculation method was used to calculate the flow field and sound field of pipelines with bionic guide vanes at different flow speeds,thus revealing the influence mechanism of the bionic guide vane on the pipeline flow field and sound field.The results indicated that the bionic guide vane can effectively suppress the generation of tail and wall vortices,thereby suppressing flow noise.Furthermore,the noise reduction effect varied under different flow speeds,with the best effect observed at less than 2 m/s flow velocity.Meanwhile,in the calculation frequency band,the most stable noise reduction effect was observed at the flow velocity of 2 m/s.These findings provide valuable insights and guidance for the application of biomimetic diffuser blade design in the field of noise control.
