Abstract
Objective To explore the practical effect of evidence-based nursing combined with personalized psychological intervention in the perioperative period of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the baseline data of 81 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from March 2020 to August 2022.Different nursing interventions were carried out based on the actual situation of the patients, and they were divided into two groups according to the different perioperative care.Among them,40 patients in the control group received routine perioperative care, while 41 patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with personalized psychological intervention. The nursing effec, treatment effect, complications, and adverse emotions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher rates of excellent and good nursing care, wound healing, and oral function recovery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower incidence of complications such as oral infections(P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of both groups were lower on the 2nd postoperative day and at discharge compared with those at admission(P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through evidence-based nursing combined with personalized psychological intervention during the perioperative period for patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures, the adverse emotions and complications of the patients have been effectively improved, and the excellent nursing rate, wound healing rate, and oral function recovery rate have all been improved.关键词
