摘要
Abstract
Objective The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with thermal design power(TDP)baking lamp on reducing incision pain and infection and promoting incision healing in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer is to be explored.Methods The patients with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the Department of Gastrointestinal surgery of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital were divided into control group and observation group at a ratio of 1∶1 according to the method of random number table.The patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine package combined with TDP baking lamp therapy(once a day,each time for 20-30 min,lasting for 4 days)on the basis of the control group.The differences of postoperative incision pain,infection and healing between the two groups were compared.Chi-square(χ2)test or t test was used for comparison between the two groups.Results The level of postoperative pain,the incidence of incision infection,and the time of incision healing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with TDP baking lamp can reduce the incidence of incision pain and incision infection rate,and promote incision healing after laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer.关键词
