中医适宜技术在脑卒中后伴胃肠道功能障碍患者中的应用
Application of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques in patients with post-stroke gastrointestinal dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques in the management of gastrointestinal dysfunction among post-stroke rehabilitation patients.Methods Eighty-four post-stroke rehabilitation patients admitted to Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an intervention group(n =42)and a control group(n =42)using a computer random number table method.The control group received routine care for gastrointestinal management,while the intervention group received traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques for gastrointestinal management.The recovery effect of gastrointestinal dysfunction daily living activities ability(Modified Barthel Index),negative emotions(measured by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale),and quality of life(measured by the Short Form Health Survey-36[SF-36],Bristol Stool Form Scale,and Wexner Incontinence Score)were assessed 30 days after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of the Modified Barthel Index in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group and those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group and those before intervention(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group and those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of Bristol Stool Form Scale and Wexner Incontinence Score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques in the management of gastrointestinal dysfunction in post-stroke rehabilitation patients can improve gastrointestinal function recovery,quality of life,and daily living activities ability,and alleviate anxiety.关键词
