Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing strategy combined with dietary intervention in gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 110 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated with chemotherapy from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the differences in intervention methods, they were divided into control and observation groups,55 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine nursing combined with dietary intervention method, and the observation group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine nursing strategy on the basis of the control group. The nutritional level, mental state, quality of life, cancer fatigue and chemotherapy-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of intervention, the levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(Hb)of two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the levels of PA,ALB,and Hb of two groups were lower than those before intervention, but higher than those after 1 month of intervention(P<0.05).The levels of PA,ALB,and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 and 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 months of intervention,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention, the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention and after 1 month of intervention, and the EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 scores were higher than those before intervention and after 1 month of intervention(P<0.05).The CFS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher than that of the control group after 1 and 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing strategy combined with dietary intervention can improve the nutritional level and psychological state of gastrointestinal tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, alleviate the cancer fatigue degree, and reduce the chemotherapy-related adverse reactions.关键词
