A service quality evaluation framework of"patient for patient safety":A Delphi study

Abstract
Objective To develop a service quality evaluation framework and identify the baseline for standardized management of"patient for patient safety"(PFPS)in hospitals.Methods Based on the Service Quality Model,this study developed a service quality evaluation framework of PFPS(PFPSqef)through various methods such as literature review,expert panel discussion method,and Delphi method.Results The PFPSqef with 6 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators was developed.In 2 rounds of consultation,the effective response rates of the questionnaires were 92.0%and 95.7%respectively;the authoritative coefficients were 0.870 and 0.858 respectively.The Kendall's concordance coefficient(Kendall's W)of primary indicators were 0.314 and 0.407 respectively,and the Kendall's W of secondary indicators were 0.302 and 0.423 respectively,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The design of the PFPSqef was scientific and reasonable,and it can be used to provide a theoretical reference for standardized service quality management of PFPS in hospitals.关键词
