Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized comprehensive heat preservation nursing in patients with pelvic fractures undergoing TiRobot-assisted minimally invasive surgery.Methods From June 2020 to December 2021,100 patients with pelvic fractures who underwent TiRobot-assisted minimally invasive surgery in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases in each according to the method of random numerical table.Patients in the control group received routine surgical care during the perioperative period,while patients in the observation group received standardized comprehensive heat preservation nursing in addition to routine care during the perioperative period.Compare the stress response indexes,coagulation function,perioperative fluoroscopy frequency,incision length,incidence of hypothermia,and postoperative pelvic function score between the two groups before and after surgery.Results There was no statistically significant difference in stress response indicators between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).At the end of the surgery,the heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in coagulation function indexes between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).At the end of the surgery,APTT,PT and TT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the FG level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The observation group had fewer intraoperative fluoroscopy times,shorter incision lengths,lower incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,and higher postoperative pelvic function scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized comprehensive heat preservation nursing is applied to the operation of patients undergoing TiRobot-assisted minimally invasive surgery for pelvic fractures,which can reduce the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy,shorten the length of incision,stabilize the stress response and coagulation function of patients during perioperative period,and improve the score of postoperative pelvic function,with good application effects.关键词
