中国前列腺癌患者的心理弹性与焦虑、抑郁的关系:一项横断面研究
The relationship among resilience,anxiety and depression in patients with prostate cancer in China:A cross-sectional study

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship among resilience,anxiety and depression in patients with prostate cancer in Shanghai,China.Methods In adherence with the STROBE guidelines,a cross-sectional descriptive correlational survey was conducted.Convenience sampling was used to recruit participants.Demographic information,as well as scores from the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Generalized Anxiety Scale,and Depression Scale of the Patient Health Questionnaire were collected.Results A total of 146 prostate cancer patients were included in this study.The mean scores of resilience,anxiety,and depression in patients were(29.01±6.57),(3.79±3.97)and(5.86±4.89)respectively.More than half of patients with prostate cancer had negative emotions of anxiety and depression in different degrees.The results of Spearman correlation analysis indicated a significant negative correlation between the total scores of resilience and those of anxiety and depression among prostate cancer patients(P<0.001).Univariate analysis revealed that resilience scores varied significantly among prostate cancer patients based on their age,medical burden,total family income,disease recurrence or drug resistance,and histological grade(Gleason score)of poorly/moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The multivariate analysis revealed that age,medical burden,total family income,disease recurrence or drug resistance,and low/moderate differentiated adenocarcinoma were significant predictors of resilience among prostate cancer patients,accounting for 35.2%of the total variation in resilience scores.Conclusion This study demonstrates that after taking the general demographics into consideration,higher levels of resilience were associated with lower anxiety and depression among prostate cancer patients.It is suggested that clinical nurses should pay attention to the mental health of prostate cancer patients,so as to strengthen their psychological construction,enhance their resilience,and improve their healthy outcomes.关键词
