赛氏多汁乳菇组——1个与异囊体多汁乳菇组近缘的新组
Lactifluus sect sainii——a New Section Sister to L.sect.Ambicystidiati
摘要
Abstract
Lactifluus sainii(Russulaceae,Russulales),a species recently described from India,is a milk cap lacking milk.In the up-to-date multi-gene phylogeny of Lactifluus,L.sainii formed an isolated branch in L.subg.Lactifluus.Using multi-locus data of two Chinese samples of L.sainii and sampling specifically on Asian species,we confirmed L.sainii to be a sister branch to L.sect.Ambicystidiati.Morphological analysis shows that it does not have lactiferous system and pseudocystidia,its macrocystidia are very rare and it lacks lamprocystidia.The hyphae in pellis are slightly thick-walled.The clear morphological diversification from L.sect.Ambicystidiati argues for a new section for L.sainii.Detailed morphological description and ITS,LSU,rpb1 and rpb2 sequence data of L.sainii are provided.This species re-addressed the dis-concordance between morphological and molecular evidences for the infrageneric classification of Lactifluus at subgenus level.关键词
