下游调压阀喘振对上游孔板流量计的影响
The Influence of Downstream Pressure Regulating Valve Surge on Upstream Orifice-Plate Flowmeter
摘要
Abstract
In actual production,the compressor surge and the uneven node gas used by the downstream user are easy to cause the pressure regulator to start frequently,resulting in periodic pressure and flow transients.However,the periodic pulsating flow will cause metering deviation of the orifice-plate flowmeter.In order to solve this prob-lem,the law of pressure and flow fluctuation transmitting to the upstream is studied by taking inter-station long distance pipeline as the research object.The high precision TVD algorithm is used to simulate the back transmis-sion of pressure and flow fluctuation caused by the surge of pressure regulator in the downstream station which is taken as the outlet boundary of the pipeline.The transient flow model of the flow field in orifice plate is established by taking the pressure and flow fluctuation law as the boundary conditions.关键词
