某儿童医院应用品管圈提高门诊中成药处方合格率的实践
Practice on Application of Quality Control Circle in Improving Qualified Rate of Outpatient Chinese Patent Medicine Prescriptions in a Children's Hospital

Abstract
Objective:To promote quality control circle activities to ensure the application safety and effectiveness of Chinese patent medicine in children.Methods:Based on quality control circle activities,existing problems and feasible improvement measures were analyzed and explored.And the PDCA cycle process was adopted.By comparing and analyzing the improvement methods of qualified rate of outpatient Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in children's outpatient department before and after quality control circle activities,standardization documents were formulated.Results:Repeated medication and inappropriate dosage and usage were the main reasons for unqualified Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in children's hospitals.After implementing improved personnel and organizational structures,strengthening pre-review efforts,enhancing standardized training in the rational use of Chinese patent medicine,and implementing the prescription assessment system,the qualified rate of prescriptions increased from 87.00％to 96.13％.Conclusion:The development of quality control circle activities effectively improves the qualified rate of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in outpatient clinics,which standardizes the use of Chinese patent medicine,improves the overall competence of pharmacists and quality of pharmaceutical services in the hospital,and ensures the medication safety in children.关键词
