Abstract
Objective:To explore the more optimized verification method for finished infusions of neonatal parenteral nutrition(PN)based on the existing pre-made neonatal PN solution verification method in our hospital.Methods:The commonly used components of neonatal PN were weighed,and volume-mass conversion relationships for calculating the theoretical mass of PN were established.For powdered drug formulations,Mann-Whitney U tests after dissolution were performed,and the differences with blank solvents were compared.The theoretical quality of the finished infusions of PN was reflected on the label,making it easy for checkers to weigh and compare.Results:The new verification method visualized release criteria,reducing the average verification time per bag by 44.68％.Conclusion:The new method is simple to operate,highly sensitive,ensures the safety of medication for neonates,and can be widely applied in clinical practice.关键词
