基于《景岳全书》从五脏探讨反复种植失败
Discussion of Recurrent Implantation Failure From Perspective of Five Zang Based on Jingyue Quanshu

Abstract
In Jing Yue Quan Shu,the differentiation and treatment of fetal pregnancy diseases emphasized not only in Kidney and Spleen but also in the comprehensive examination of the Five Zang as well as Qi and blood.The Five Zang have their own functions and are in-terrelated in the generation and operation of Qi and blood.The Five Zang are integrated,influencing and interacting with each other,and their respective pathological mechanisms are related to the modern medical causes of repeated implantation failure.When the physiologi-cal function of"Kidney and Spleen as the foundation,Liver as the hub,Heart in the monarch's position and Lung operation"is disrup-ted,various pathological products such as blood stasis,Water and Dampness,Phlegm Turbidity,Cold coagulation,Fire toxin,etc.are pro-duced,which are blocked in the uterus and Chong and Ren meridian,and lead to repeated implantation failure,and it is not caused by any each Zang.In the recognition as well as diagnosis and treatment of repeated implant failures,it is necessary to focus on the main pathological Zang,but should not neglect any of them.It is also necessary to comprehensively investigate the pathogenic factors,patho-logical products,and other Zang to achieve optimal results.关键词
