从肺论治血管性认知功能障碍
Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment from Perspective of Lung Function
摘要
Abstract
Vascular cognitive impairment is a common cognitive disorder that has an increasingly prominent impact on the public health of the population.The position of the Lung and brain is connected,the meridians are related,and the spirit is mutually beneficial.The onset of vascular cognitive impairment is related to pulmonary dysfunction.The Lung stores the Po,with nose as its orifice,regulates Qi,regulates waterways,directs the meridians and regulates joints.It interacts with the Large intestine on being the exterior and the interior part.Lung deficiency can affect the normal operation of Qi,blood,and body Fluids throughout the body,leading to Phlegm and Turbidi-ty,blood stasis,and the accumulation of Turbid toxins,leading to the loss of clarity in the brain and orifices and then the onset of dis-ease.When treating this disease clinically,it is necessary to flexibly apply the three methods of"Xuan Fei Kai Xuan"("dispersing Lung and opening the sweat pore"),"purging the Lung and dredging the Fu organ",and"tonifying Lung Qi"while closely focusing on the pathogenesis and accurate differentiation of symptoms,so as to ensure the divine mechanism operates properly,the brain is clear and not dull,and the brain is full but not deficient.关键词
