固本培元法治疗癌因性疲乏
Treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue by Strengthening Foundation and Cultivating Yuan Qi Method
摘要
Abstract
Carcinogenic fatigue arises from tumors,and the onset of tumors is based on the deficiency Zheng Qi induced by dysfunction of the Spleen and Kidney.The Spleen is the foundation of acquired life and the source of Qi and blood production and transmission;The Kidney is the innate foundation and the root of the congenital life,and it is particularly important to regulate the Spleen and Kidney in treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF).The Guben Peiyuan Theory proposed by Xin An Medicine School is in line with the devel-opment of the times,with clinical needs as the fundamental driving force.It has been continuously enriched and developed in the inherit-ance of many Xin An medical practitioners,forming a unique Guben Peiyuan method(strengthening foundation and cultivating Yuan Qi method).This method mainly focuses on the Spleen and Kidney,which are the foundation of the life.It focuses on regulating and tonify-ing the Spleen and Kidney,cultivating and protecting the Yuan Qi,stimulating and mobilizing the body's immune system and self-heal-ing ability.In the treatment of cancer-related fatigue,on the one hand,its complex causes should be coped with,reflecting the essence of seeking the cause through examination and seeking treatment based on the root cause,on the other hand,it should be flexibly adapted to individual differences to provide positive guidance for treatment of CRF patients through methods such as psychological counseling and life adjustment.关键词
